Anthro: USA 3
This is the third part of my new series featuring Anthropologie’s American-made clothing lines. To fit my criteria, the brand must have at least five American-made pieces currently for sale at Anthropologie. You can find the other parts of the series here and here.
Left of Center: A line of lovely, affordable knitwear. The Chevron Frequency Cardigan is so pretty.
MADE: Okay, technically MADE isn’t “made” in the United States, but since it’s an ethical jewelry brand created by trained Kenyan artisans that use sustainable sources, it has to go on my list. The Pandhandle Leather Necklace would make a gorgeous Christmas gift.
Mother: A denim line with great silhouettes and some fun, funky jeans. They have quite a few patterned and colored pieces that are lovely. The Runaway Skinny Flare Jeans are great for everyday wear.
Nanette Lepore: A line of fairly expensive party wear. Two of the pieces are imported, and I debated including this brand in my list. But the line is fairly large, and it can be difficult to find responsible, dressier options. The Peplum Snake Skirt is really fun and elegant.
I hope you are finding this series helpful, and I have two more installments left to explore. Tomorrow, I’ll also show you a piece I recently purchased from one of the brands.
