Strappy Sandals
As I’ve taken more pictures of my daily outfits, I’ve realized that I often wear the same shoes over and over again. I have several pairs (or more than several, to be honest), and I’m trying to put them all into heavier rotation. I’ve been on the search for a pair of strappy sandals for years, and since my feet are larger, I usually have trouble finding some that fit well and are comfortable, too.
When I saw the Beach Boulevard Sandals in the Sundance Catalog, I thought I’d give them a try. I was a little dubious when they first arrived, but the leather straps (made in Italy) are soft and comfortable, and they stretch just enough to prevent any rubbing. I’ve never had an issue with blisters while wearing these, and they’ve quickly become my favorite pair of sandals for the summer.
Which means I’m wearing them too much, I guess.
Ha! I just finished writing a post for Friday about new (somewhat strappy) sandals. These look very lovely and versatile! They certainly look nice with those outfits.
They are so comfy and easy to wear. 🙂
I was just thinking yesterday that my shoe collection is getting pretty small (I don’t have much in the way of summer footwear these days). I’m pinching my pennies for furniture and baby stuff but I might have to splurge a little!
My feet changed when I was pregnant and after, but I’m able to wear most of my old shoes again.
i like these, Catherine! the colors are bright enough to be seen, but not too overwhelming for the style of the shoe…great investment.
Thank you, Miss Donna! I really like them and they are surprisingly comfortable.
These are REALLY cute! Thanks for the tip from another woman with bigger feet. I usually buy one pair of shoes a year and wear them daily until I buy a new pair the next year :-/
Yes, I have HUGE feet! When I see a style I like in my size, I try to snatch them up. 🙂
