Swag Her
I am missing a pair of shoes. In the mail. It’s a long story, currently without an ending, and if you follow me on Twitter, then you may have seen my little panic-filled rants. I apologize for that and I will fill you in on the entire thing as soon as it is resolved. Which can’t happen soon enough, if you ask me. But nobody has, and that is the problem. Oh well.
But my missing shoes have led me to check the mail obsessively, and my footwear-induced blues were momentarily lifted this past weekend when I received two unexpected boxes in my mailbox. Sadly, neither contained the elusive package over which I’m pining, but I did get a little swag from Minted, a sponsor of Alt Summit. I didn’t know this was coming, and the labels on the boxes thoroughly confused me, so it was a complete thrill to open them and find this.
(Minted’s pamphlets were enclosed within these cute bags, along with some pretty paper cut-outs.)
Just in time for the holidays, Minted supplied all Alt attendees with some precious Christmas decor, and since we’re celebrating Thanksgiving this week, I didn’t waste any time hanging it up. It’s never too early to get a head start on the season.

I’m not used to getting free stuff in the mail, and a girl could really get used to this. These pretty banners mark my first swag EVER, in the history of my blogging career, so I feel it’s okay to say that.
They came at the most appropriate time, but I’m still really missing my shoes.
Swag is the.best.thing.ever! These are adorable! I wish we had the space to really decorate, but a tiny dog that likes to eat everything doesn’t exactly equal successful decorations. At least we have 3 trees to make up for it, right? And yes, you read that correctly. 3 trees for a 1 bedroom apt. Don’t ask.
Ha ha, that’s awesome! My mom always filled our house with trees when we were growing up. So fun! 🙂
